This store is operated by Megan Parker Intentions LLC of 217 Kraft St, Neenah, WI 54956, United States. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.

You need to be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian ordering on your behalf.

Every hat is embroidered after you order it. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting. That is why it takes a few days, and it is also why the returns policy works the way it does.

Photographs and mockups are as accurate as we can make them. Screens differ, thread and fabric behave differently in different light, and a small variation between the picture and the hat is normal rather than a fault.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, and we will refund you in full if we do.

If a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel rather than honour it. We will tell you and refund you rather than quietly substituting something else.

Prices are in United States dollars and do not include shipping, which is shown at checkout, or any sales tax, duties or import charges, which depend on where you are.

Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify Payments. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed.

Delivery is covered by the Shipping Policy. Faults, misprints and damage are covered by the Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

The artwork, photography, words and layout on this site belong to us. Buying a hat gives you the hat. It does not give you permission to reproduce the designs, sell them, or put them on anything else.

If you send us a photograph of yourself wearing one, you keep it. You are giving us permission to show it on the site and in our emails and social posts, with credit if you want it. We will ask before we use one, and if you change your mind afterwards, tell us and we will take it down.

These hats carry numbers that a lot of people find meaningful. We are deliberately not in the business of telling you what yours means. Nothing here is advice, and nothing here is a prediction. It is not a substitute for medical, financial, legal or mental health care, and it is not offered as one.

The number is a prompt. What it holds is yours to decide.

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Wisconsin.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
